Common property contract pitfalls

  1. You do not know the Purchase Agreement in its entirety

Speak with the lender - be familiar with the buyers financing and how long the buyer has been looking.

Make sure the lender can close on the date mutually agreed upon.

2. INSPECTIONS- this does not mean you cannot save the deal with

teamwork and knowing exactly what your client can take on. Remember no

home is perfect.

3. DO NOT over speak - as a Buyer's Agent you should be always listening to your clients' needs and making sure they get what is important to them.

We all have our own opinions, BUT it is important to keep your opinions to

yourself, because clients are more interested in FACTS. They can form their own opinions. ASK. WAIT. LISTEN. RESPOND.
